old bathtub/shower, complimentary downtown shuttle, large hot tub
The pool area could use improvements since it tends to be overcrowded with kids!!! It's frustrating when the hot tub is broken and not fixed during the stay. Elevator issues need urgent attention, as using service elevators isn't ideal!!!

An unexpected cozy gathering
The hotel felt like home with a spacious suite perfect for our family needs. We enjoyed a hearty Sunday brunch that amazed everyone and an attentive staff made our stay delightful.
Unfortunately, the ice machine on our floor was out of service for a while, which made our gatherings a bit inconvenient. A quick fix would have made everything smoother.
